Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

A super tasty protein snack that's high in the important mineral zinc!

 

Ingredients:

- Shelled, raw organic pumpkin  seeds

- 1 Tbsp Bragg's Soy Sauce OR Coconut Aminos

- Nutritional Yeast

 

Cooking Instructions:

Heat oven to 350F.

In a bowl, mix raw pumpkin seeds with ~ 1 Tbsp Bragg's Soy Sauce OR Coconut Aminos.

Lay seasoned pumpkin seeds flat on a baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with nutritional yeast.

Roast in oven ~ 7 - 10 mins until golden brown (be careful not to burn!)
